St. Louis Park Parktacular
The St. Louis Park Parktacular is a multi-day celebration designed to encourage a spirit of pride and a sense of community among residents and visitors. The Parktacular is comprised of a number of fun events, including:
- “Splash into Summer” Pool Party – Friday, June 16, 5 – 8 pm
- Grand Day Parade – Saturday, June 17, 12 -2 pm
- Business Expo – Saturday, June 17, 1:30 – 6 pm
- Kidtacular – Saturday, June 17, 1:30 – 6 pm
- Sponsored by Nordic Ware. Enjoy juggling demonstrations, Elko Speedway cars to explore, mandala art to color and more.
- Ecotacular – Saturday, June 17, 2 – 6 pm
- Food Trucks – Saturday, June 17, 12 – 9 pm
- Taco Libre, Parrillas Express, The Wienie Wagon and Soft Serve Ice Cream
- Rock the Park Concert in Wolfe Park – Saturday, June 17, 6 – 9 pm
- Band: Jacuzzi Puma
- Miniature Art Hunt – Starts June 9 and runs until all are found. This year’s theme is Cool Treats.
- Juneteenth at the ROC – Sunday, June 18, 1 – 4 pm
Most events are held at Wolfe Park. The pool party is held at the SLP Aquatic Park. The Juneteenth celebration is held at the ROC.
The coronation of the new SLP Parktacular Ambassadors will take place on Tuesday, June 20, at 6:30 pm at SLP High School.
